These are the photo's of me carrying out the task and taking my photo's.
To re-create this photo i had to ask Kayleigh to do her make-up and get her hair up out of her face to try and get her to look like the model in the image. We set up the studio for a beauty shot with the lights just focussed on her face.
Once all the photos were taken i took the camera and uploaded all my images and chose the one closest to the image to work on. I edited the image in photoshop, i made Kayleigh's lips bigger and changed the colour of her skin and smoothed the face and added shine by putting vaseline on her face. I also enhanced the colour of her eye to try and get it as close to the copied image as possible.
How my photograph is similar to the chosen photographers work...
Both mine and the original photographers images were taken in colour, taken as a beauty shot and was a close up shot. My photo is obviously edited more than the original but other than that i dont think the quality difference is that bad. I think both images send out the same message it could be a make-up advert or just a normal beauty shot. Both images were taken indoors which is another similarity.
