In this assignment we had 6 weeks to choose an image that we want to re-create. I knew i wanted to do a beauty shot/fashion type of image and in the end i chose the close-up beauty shot. I found the task ok but when it came to editing it took a while because i wanted the attention to detail. I kept looking at the original image and tried to match it as close as i could. I think the image that i made was good and quite close to the original and i am happy with the way it turned out.
If i were to do the task again i would probably choose a model with a paler skin tone but other than that i think im pleased with the outcome.
