I like this image because the effect of the water dropping on the eye looks really advanced in the photoshop skills to produce this. I think the water would have been cut and pasted then blended onto the picture of the eye.
I think the elephant has been cut and pasted on the balloon and its head buldged to make the balloon effect.
Celebrities are all photoshopped these days, making their skin smoother with no blemishes, perfect hair and their bodies will have been edited, made skinner, bigger assets and the colour will have been enhanced.
I think this picture is very effective and am not sure how it would have been done, it looks complex for the photoshop skills used.
This is another example of a A rated celebrity who has been digitally enhanced and made to look very different to what she actually looks like.
